Administrative Assistant

BSc or above

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls, managing mail/courier services, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support, such as document management, meeting room coordination, and procurement of office and pantry supplies.
  • Perform purchasing duties and assist in overall procurement procedures
  • Assist the supervisor to plan, organize and provide coordination support for company events (e.g., Team Building, company dinners and exhibitions). Assist in material preparation for meetings and handle external administrative errands and outdoor duties as required.
  • Assist in HR administrative matters, including document filing, updating records
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor, Diploma or Higher Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or related fields
  • Strong organization, planning and work coordination skills
  • Good skills in basic computer programs (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Responsible, independent, detail minded and can work under pressure.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Administration Officer
